			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><P>Picking a stroller is a big thing.  You want the best, but not necessarily the most expensive.  Turns out it&#8217;s a lot like shopping for a car.  There is no shortage of strollers out there and a lot of hype, but finding one that will meet your needs for the long and short term is tough.</p>
<p><P>My sister had gone through more strollers than I could count trying to find one that drove smoothly as the baby got bigger.  She kept taking them back to Toys R Us, who obligingly exchanged them in spite of their used condition (I don&#8217;t think they would do that anymore&#8230;they&#8217;ve gotten tough on their refund policy!).  I wanted to learn from her trials, so I started asking around.
